Casa Leonor has recently been converted to very high standards.  It is tastefully furnished and well equipped ensuring guests an unforgetable stay.

The beautiful, walled hilltop town of Obidos is 1 kilometre away from the property, where you can walk right around its perimeter walls, and visit the Castle which dates back to 1148.

The well designed living area has two easy chairs facing the fireplace and a dining table for 4 persons.

The apartment also has Satellite television, video and a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave and fridge.

There is a double bed and bathroom on the mezzanine, the raised area on the left side of the entrance hall.

The gardens have been restored to their former glory with many varieties of shrubs and fruit trees.  There are also shaded places to sit and relax protected from the the heat of the sun.

A swimming pool with wonderful views is situated on the lawn.  In addition, there is a hard tennis court.

There are a couple of very good restaurants just a short walk away through the private gardens of the property.

A short drive from the property brings you to the Atlantic coast and the wonderful beaches of Baleal and Foz de Arelho.

The two local fishing ports of Peniche and Nazare are well worth visiting and, the fascinating capital city of Lisbon is only an hour away.  If you do not wish to drive to Lisbon then a journey by train, from the local station, is an attractive alternative.
