The cottages at Quinta de Santa Julia de Loureiro are over 300 years old and hve been lovingly restored to the highest standard. This
delightful, secluded cottages are located in the grounds of Quinta de Santa Julia, a beautiful Manor House.

The Manor House and Cottages are situated in the magnificent grounds of this Port Wine producing estate which guests are free to explore and enjoy in this heaven of peace and tranquility.

The 2 bedroom cottage, Casa da Portela, comprises a comfortable lounge, with television, and doors to a large, covered terrace where meals can be taken whilst enjoying the views of the vineyards and woods of the estate.

The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, toaster, electric kettle, stove and dishwasher.

Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a another twin bedroom with a separate bathroom. The mezzanine gallery has comfortable twin sofa beds.

The 1 bedroom cottages, Quinta Nova and Casa Santo Antonio, have been converted to the same high standard. Each has one twin bedroom, a kitchenette fully equipped with microwave, toaster, electric kettle and a cooker with 2 electric rings.
The living room features an open fireplace.
Both cottages have a terrace with table and chairs.

The large swimming pool, 500 meters from the cottages, is set in lawned gardens with breathtaking views across the Douro valley. The pool is also used by guests staying at the Manor House.

The dimensions of the pool are 12 metres by 6 metres and the depth is from 1 metre to 2 metres.

There is also a barbecue.

There is a restaurant and bar 500 metres away and groceries may be purchased in the village 1 kilometre away. Regua is 6 kilometers away.

All the cottages have central heating for winter visits.
