The resort has been designed to benefit from the views over the centrally located swimming pool and the nearby golf course.
There are five types of apartments available and they are described as follows:

Studio Apartment (45 square meters)

Combined living room and bedroom, with air-conditioning. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle and iron with ironing-board. Private terrace. Cable television, safe and hair dryer.

1 Bedroom Apartment (80 to 90 square meters)

Living room with fireplace and air-conditioning. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle and iron with ironing-board. Private terrace. Cable television, safe and hair dryer.
Bedroom with air-conditioning and bathroom.

1 Bedroom Duplex Apartment (80 to 90 square meters excluding terrace)

One bedroom with air conditioning, living room with fireplace and air conditioning, bathroom and fitted kitchen, set out over two separate floors, with additional terrace and garden furniture.

2 Bedroom Apartment (100 to 110 square meters)

Living room with fireplace and air-conditioning. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle and iron with ironing-board. Private terrace. Cable television, safe and hair dryer.

Two bedrooms with air-conditioning. Some apartments have 1 bathroom and others 2.

3 Bedroom Apartment (130 square meters)

Living room with fireplace and air-conditioning. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, kettle and iron with ironing-board. Private terrace. Cable television, safe and hair dryer.

Three bedrooms with air conditioning. Some apartments have 2 bathrooms and others 3.

Facilities at the resort include restaurant with international and portuguese menus, bakery, mini market, hairdresser, laundry service, child care centre, outdoor swimming pools, 24 hour security, reception, cleaning service, babysitting, children playground, supervised car park and wireless internet access.

Villa Bicuda resort is thirty minutes by road from Lisbon and its airport. Within walking distance of the resort is the health and racquet club with SPA, a riding school and a 18 hole golf course. There is also a multi purpose field where children can play football, basketball, volleyball or badmington.

The distance to the nearest beach is approximately two kilometres.
Lisbon is approximately 25 kms away. Cascais and Estoril are less than 5 minutes away by car.
